The use of sugar cane for the production of attractive disposable tableware is particularly elegant solution. This residual material arises in large quantities from sugar extraction in the production of cane sugar. These particularly tough fibres, which have normally been burned up to now, can be used as a valuable biomass.

Fact: Up to 50 disposable plates can be produced from the residue of a singular sugar cane stalk.

Main characteristics:

• Stylish light and nevertheless very stable
• Flexible in shape and size and can be printed or punched
• Its outlook is very similar to paper
• Recyclable
• Heat-, water-, and oild resistant ( 220 ºC, 100 ºC, 150 ºC)
• Suitable for use in the oven and microvawe oven
• Deep frozable (-20 ºC)
