REGISTRATION:

You can find the ’Registration’ sign on the top right corner of the STARFOL Plusz web shop. By clicking the registration button and complete and submit the form and click on ’SEND’ You will receive an e-mail about the confirmation of your successed registration with your new password within a 2 days.

ENTER

You can enter our web shop only with the password sent you by our e-mail. Once you get your new password, login and we strongly suggest you that you change your password. You can do it by clicking Enter and Edit buttons.

ORDER

1 step: choose your product

You can choose your products from our web shop in different ways:

-You can choose from our product range can be seen on the main page. By clicking the main product categories you will find further sub categories and you can choose the one you need. You can have further details on the chosen categories, then by clicking the red Next button you will be redirected to the products.

-You can choose our products by application areas as well. For instance by clicking the ’Packaging materials of the confectionery industry’ these kind of packagings will be selected. You can choose from the available product categories and when you have chosen it you can see the products.

-With our ’Quick order’ option at the bottom left corner you can put the item code and the quantity to place your order. Your order will immediately processed by the system with stating the relating prices.

-On the main page you can place your order at the ’Search’ field by giving the keyword of the product you are looking for. All the products will be shown according to the chosen product categorie.

2. step: put your product into the basket
After your order you will receive a confirmation message about your order.
By clicking the ’Your basket’ button your orders will be listed and sum up.
- item number
- items’s name
- quantity (this can be later modified in your basket)
- price
The following information will be shown:
- total sum of your order
- choosing the way of payment
- information on shipping

3.step: order the items in your basket

After double checking the content of your basket click on th e’Next’ button

PAYMENT

A STARFOL Plusz Ltd. offers you several payment methods: cash on delivery, credit card.
We can offer our partners have sales contracts with us – based on a customized agreement – the possibility of paying with bank wire as well.

SHIPPING

The products are purchased in our web shop will be delivered to you. We can deliver your products for free of charge if the value of your order reach: In Budapest and in Pest county: net 75.000 HUF. Within Hungary: net 100.000 HUF. If the value of your order does not reach this level, we will calculate the delivery cost, which will be seen on the orderconfirmation.
