About us

STARFOL Plusz Kft. is mainly a wholesaler of packaging materials for the food industry. In addition to offering special solutions for the meat, poultry, dairy and bakery industries, we also offer packaging materials for the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant and Café) sector of the confectionery and catering industries as well as those used in retail stores.

Our other main product line is a range of products related to an environmentally conscious lifestyle. The YAMA brand has led to the introduction of compostable and environmentally-friendly packaging materials in the Hungarian market.

We provide a comprehensive service from graphic design to the delivery of finished packaging materials, taking into account the latest innovations in packaging technology and customer requirements.

Our Story

2001	Establishment of STARFOL Plusz Kft.
2010	Own site: purchase of 1.6 ha of industrial land
2011	The product range under our own brand name, YAMA was the first to introduce compostable, environmentally-friendly packaging materials in the Hungarian market.
2013	Commencement of the renovation of the site
2016	Implementation of the ISO 9001 quality management system
	Inauguration of the site on the occasion of the 15th anniversary

2017	The main office moves to its own site in Ikervár
